With a 6kW laser source and advanced CNC technology, we guarantee fast and accurate cuts with consistent quality up to 30 millimetres thick.

Laser cutting

Bending

Sheet metal bending up to a length of 3,000 mm. From single bends, through multiple bends to bends with special tools.

Welding

We can cover MIG/MAG welding from ordinary S235 structural steels to high-strength S960QL steels.

Robotic welding

The performance of the robots covers welding of all sheet metal thicknesses using the MIG/MAG method. In combination with the TIG method we are able to weld stainless steel.

CNC machining

Three-axis milling is a versatile and powerful machining process that we use to produce a wide range of parts. We machine weldments, forgings, castings as well as simple parts.

CNC rolling

From simple pipe bending through complex shapes to cones. Our production possibilities start at 1.5 mm material thickness and end at 10 mm thickness with a width of 2,000 mm.

Final assembly

For example, our products include parking meter equipment, camera posts, dispensers, dispensing boxes & racks, cash registers, etc.

3D printing

We print 3D objects up to 250 × 210 × 210 mm on Prusa printers.
